At least 3 years of proven experience in field engineering: Pre-sale/Professional Services/Technical Account Manager – Required

Experience working with Enterprise customers – Required

Strong project management skills – Required

Excellent customer oriented individual, prioritizing and problem solver approach – Required

Training Experience – Required

Experience with databases: MongoDB and SQL – Required

Extensive working experience with rest API – Required

Experience with multiple OS: Windows, Mac & Linux with technical practical experience – Required

Native English and articulate with excellent written communication skills.

Experience with at least one scripting language: Powershell, Python, Unix shell scripts- an advantage

Strong network and security knowledge or certification – an advantage

Experience with host base (endpoint agent) security solutions – an advantage
