B.Sc/M.Sc. in Computer Science or similar domain / relevant military background.
At least 2 years experience in a security research position.
Programming and scripting background (C/C++/Python/GO).
Knowledge of the inner-workings of Linux/Windows operating system..
Basic understanding of concepts in vulnerability research: Shellcode, ROP, ASLR, exploit types, and heap manipulation.
Understand and apply attack and penetration concepts including the attack surface; identification of system software and configuration vulnerabilities and critical information, data and processes that must be protected.
Knowledge of networking and internet protocols(e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, FTP) – an advantage.
Experience in reverse engineering and vulnerability research – an advantage.
