At least two years experience as Technical Support. Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company – an advantage. Ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences and communicate effectively between the two. Proven ability to become a thought leader. B.A required, relevant field – an advantage. Experience with SQL querying – an advantage.
Personal Abilities:
Superb English skills (verbal and written) – a must. Ability to self-manage time and prioritize tasks accordingly. Aptitude to multitask with a high volume of tasks.
