We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced r&d director to manage our new comparison site development group.
Responsibilities:
lead our devops and it team, consisting of a group of highly professional devopsengineers and it specialists
end-to-end ownership of production infrastructure deployment
responsibility for building and maintaining our cloud-based environments – aws (major) and azure (minor)
full ownership of production monitoring, 24/7
manage budget and communications with various vendors
working closely with the various development groups and teams to support their needs
mentor and guide the devops engineers as well as the software engineers regarding ci/cd and other physical topology best practices and constraints
full responsibility for all of the company office it needs
be part of the r&d management team, designing and leading the company’s technological roadmap.

5+ years’ experience in leading devops groups at an internet company
vast experience in managing aws cloud-based environments
familiarity with azure cloud-based environment – an advantage
experience with leading it and managing physical office infrastructure
experience in managing devops and it budget
familiarity in agile methodologies such as scrum and kanban
excellent ability to solve problems and think outside the box
proven leadership skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
computer science degree – a must
mba – an advantage.
