Qualifications Experience in managing big teams (7+ members) Track record of delivering features while managing whole dev lifecycle, from definition all the way to adoption by clients. Strong technical leadership background as team lead/Tech Lead/Architect with backend orientation. Extensive development experience in high scale systems (at least 5 years in Java). Good understanding of SCRUM or other Agile methodologies. Ability to translate feature requirements into software design. BSc/BA Computer Science or equivalent.
