Position Responsibilities:
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures

Technical knowledge:
At least 7 years of experience as an IT manager
Very deep understanding in Linux and Windows OS
Proven record in implementation, management and maintenance of data & file servers
Develop security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple users network
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and installation
Proven record in information systems assimilation
Deep understanding in network routing and security (IP, Firewall, VPN, Web filtering, Antivirus)
Experience with networks and end user peripherals
Scripting in Python – Advantage
Qualifications:
MCSA, MCSE, CCNA – Mandatory
BSc in Computer Science, Information Technologies/Systems or similar field – Advantage
Preferably experience in a startup environment and large scale company
Personal skills:
Can-do attitude.
Highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach with high motivation
Troubleshooting abilities with problem solving skills.
