We are looking for Team Leader that will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Infrastructure team, Technical Group.
The Team Leader will work on an Agile team, participate in daily stand ups and other Agile ceremonies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and build solutions. Work with stakeholders to translate their needs into workable development plans and develop and operate in-line with best practices. Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads to ensure adherence to standards.

Relevant Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following disciplines: HealthCare IT, Enterprise Hi-Tech SW Development, Large scale organization Senior Network Admin
3+Years of experience as Infrastructure Team Leader or equivalent
Ability to identify complex problems, review related information to develop and evaluate options and implementation solutions
Interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and conversation skills in English
MS Servers OS deep knowledge including Server2003/2008/2012R2 including server components such as IIS, COM+, MSMQ, CA, DNS, AD, GP
Configuration, security and administration of MSSQL2008 and newer (Including HA and AO)
Scripting capability for installation processes including automation experience
XML and application configurations knowledge
Communication protocols – TCP, HTTP, etc.
Good knowledge and experience with NLB’s, Clusters and networking appliance
Virtualization deep knowledge (VMware/Hyper-V)
