Responsibilities
Handle the evaluation process to select the right HR solution.
Manage the successful design and implementation of Human Capital Management solution.
Provide implementation expertise and work with the business to collect and understand the requirements.
Assist with the configuration and testing the solution.
Manage the project scope, timeline and budget together with the vendor that will implement the solution.

More than 3 years implementing Human Capital Management solutions, particularly Compensation and Talent.
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar HRMS web applications.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong Techno Functional skills with good understanding of end to end business processes.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
Willing to work in a fast pace environment.
