Roles:
Project manager
SCRUM master of one of the SCRUM groups
Responsibility:
Planning, Managing and Reporting status of projects tasks
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensuring resource availability and allocation

Requirements:
BSc. in Computer Science or a related field
5 years of experience as a SW Project Manager
Proven experience in working in SCRUM environment work as a SCRUM Master is an advantage.
Experience working in Hi-Tech companies
Project Management experience in a global environment
Knowledge in Video/Networking/Linux – Advantage
Experience in SCRUM tools (e.g. Jira) – Advantage
Skills:
Excellent all-around communicator in both Hebrew and English – verbal, written, interpersonal.
Strong leadership skills. Proven ability to define, prioritize and execute. Ability to facilitate cross-organizational alignment.
Direct and Matrix based management capability
Technical hands on capability
Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savviness; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Team worker, Independent, multitasker and fast learner.
Good Interpersonal skills in order to work with various levels in the organization.
