Responsibilities/Duties
Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.
Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company’s culture, mission and values.
Work closely with CEO and other interfaces to deliver the roadmap.
Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
Willing to be Hands on 30%-50%
Lead our Development group, consisting of 3-5 full-stack software developers.
End-to-end delivery to production – From design to deploy. Full ownership on the quality of the deliveries.
Provide design and architecture leadership, mentor the team, and implement best practices.
Design, architect and code backend solution

Education and experience
computer science degree
at least 7 years of experience with software development and/or within a tech unit in startups.
a minimum of 4 years in senior management experience of tech development.
proven experience in combining a dialogue between business needs and tech requirements.
experience in working with the product manager in order to well establish a product road-map and its delivery.
full mastery of a variety of programming languages.
strong writing and presentation skills.
vast experience in managing development of large scale web products.
ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff.
ability to think and act strategically and proactively
