Position responsibilities:
responsible for managing the sw and alg team.
serve as a focal point and lead the entire sw and alg development cycle from requirements, risks management, alternative review toward testing and implementation.
act as an outstanding senior algorithm developer of complex algorithmic solutions.
work with other professional disciplines from srd till final integration.
taking a leading part in shaping the technological vision of the company and products.
set coding standardization and assimilation of development methodologies \ tools

Technical knowledge:
7+ years of experience as algorithms team / group leader including managing seniors.
10+ years of object oriented development experience in a multi-disciplinary company
10+ years of solid experience in some of the following fields:
computational imaging algorithms, computer vision, image acquisition and processing
segmentation (motion / color)
multi view 3d reconstruction / depth estimation
machine vision algorithms accelerations based on gpu
objects classification
machine / deep learning
fluent in c/c++
hands on experience with embedded systems as a sw developer – advantage
experience with cuda frame work – advantage
adas (advanced driver assistance) background skills – advantage
Qualifications
at least m.sc. in exact sciences (computer sciences, computer engineering, electrical/electro-optical engineering, applied mathematics, physics)
experience in a multi-product development environment
ability to design and execute end to end complex solutions
strong mathematical skills for leading composite algorithms / software solutions
preferably experience in a startup environment and large scale company
Personal skills:
strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
high motivation, can-do attitude and multi-tasking ability.
highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
