About the position
We are looking for a quality assurance manager to lead a team of qa automation engineers and qa manual testers. a talented leader that can ensure product adherence to requirements and specifications as well as in-depth tests. you’ll manage, build and grow our qa team while implementing proven qa practices and processes.
What will you do?
ֵTake ownership of product quality – manage the testing infrastructure and define lead the entire testing cycle
Building and managing test infrastructure
Work with a fast-paced development team to provide timely and automated testing of new and existing product features
Demonstrate technical leadership and act as a mentor for the rest of the qa team
Define and implement qa practices and processes to ensure the product quality and reliability.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA management position
A strong passion for improving software quality as well as strong sdlc understanding and testing skills
Experience testing end point security products (windows and mobile)
Must have experience testing security products with a cloud backend
Experience with test automation framework and tools
Experience with version control software and bug tracking tools
Experience with testing in a fully virtualized environment
Proven and demonstrable skill in python
Experience working with agile methodologies and on agile teams
Experience working with cli (jenkins)

Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
